  • After the initial assessment, I will create a nutritional strategy plan that will support the training regime, and competition prep, including competition day or rehabilitation. That can be done via online support or 1-1 sessions.

  • Yes, that's one of the main support services I do regularly for individual athletes or complete teams.

  • My focus is always to keep close connections with local suppliers who can provide the best ingredients available on the market, in the homeland, or even when I'm abroad.

  • This depends on individual needs, as every athlete has different requirements. For online support with the weekly meal plan, recipes, and shopping list there is a monthly subscription. For event bookings, and training camps there is a daily fee. I am also available as a personal chef cooking meals in the comfort of your own home. I'm charging an hourly rate for that plus food costs. For further information please contact me directly.

  • I am a versatile and adventurous chef, who's always seeking to improve or try new methods that can contribute towards performance, and also combined with extremely tasteful flavors. The dishes I create, not just support performance, but the flavors and ingredients I use, resulting in exceptional taste as well, which also supports the athlete’s mental health which is a crucial recipe for success. However, I have a wide range of knowledge and experience creating dishes in many different cuisines, from French, Asian, Italian, Spanish, and German just to name a few.
